Seema came to the USA from India and loved it here. Seema has resided in Seattle since 2003 and is well versed and traveled throughout the world. She always had a passion for real estate and was working part-time in real estate, while she was a full-time instructor at a college for 14 years.

However, she decided to pursue this passion full-time now.  She is an entrepreneur by spirit and innovative in nature. She is a committed business woman. She has bought and sold many houses and renovated and staged many in the last two decades as a profession. She has been into the rental business since she came to WA State.

Initially, she was renting only her own houses, but soon soon she started managing her friends’ and family members’ second homes. That is how her portfolio grew into 30+ houses in just a few years.

She herself has moved so many times, due to the fact of selling her own houses, that she has devised her own list of resources and helpful tips for others to follow. She and her team can actually do a complete makeover of a house in 24 plus 24 hours i.e. 48 hours.
